JCP3是由ASP＋ACCESS开发的系统，生成静态HTML的前台页面。在没有添加任何数据时，整个后台就是一个空空的框架，一切一切都是由后台创建与设计的，包括后台本身都可以进行调整，所以说这套系统最有意思的地方就是灵活了。
程序的具体使用帮助，我也没有好好写过，有兴趣的朋友可以到晋唐网（ktom.cn）上去找找，也可以提问，我会给予解答。

程序安装至虚拟目录或虚拟站点中后，可按下面的方式访问：
1.首页 http://你的虚拟目录或站点/index.html
2.后台 http://你的虚拟目录或站点/admin/index.asp
3.口令 admin / admin
